This was a two episode 1960s Batman-style superhero comedy series that aired in 1979.  The entire second episode was a roast hosted by Ed McMahon where villains who tried to destroy the Earth in the first episode were allowed to come and go freely.  All appeared in both episodes unless noted by (1) or (2).
