Earthquake vs. My Sleepy Mind

Once while in my apartment in Victoria while I was sleeping there was an earthquake. It wasn't a major earthquake, but big enough that you could feel it. While awake previously I had been made aware that the building was designed to shift during an earthquake and thus is pretty earthquake safe. So what happened was I woke up, thought, “Earthquake” and then fell right back to sleep. I completely forgot about it until hours later when I was in a comic shop and a radio mentioned the earthquake on the news.
