Couple Interesting Things at Thetis Lake Oct 1

I went to Thetis Lake. As normal for this time of year there were a number of dogs. One woman wanted to play fetch with her dog. The dog was mostly game, only the dog wanted me to toss the ball rather than the dog's owner.

Then later a truck show up with a thousand trout. The back of the truck was opened, a hose was attached, and the trout were all shot through the hose into the lake.  Some of the fish were stunned afterwards but one people approached them they recovered their senses and started moving around the lake. For a while afterward some of the fish would do short jumps above the suface.
